Pésimo servicio y es el primer tour de muchos que reservé aquí. Al llegar al museo me negaron la entrada porque el voucher que me enviaron, y con el que supuestamente debía accesar, no era válido. Entonces contacté a Civitatis y respondieron que no había ningún problema con su bono y que debía contactar al proveedor local, el cual nunca respondió mis mensajes. Los encargados del museo me dijeron que no conocían a dicho proveedor y cuando pregunté aquí por mi reembolso no volvieron a responderme.

Terrible service and it is the first tour of many that I booked here. When I arrived at the museum, I was denied entry because the voucher they sent me, and with which I was supposed to enter, was not valid. So I contacted Civitatis and they replied that there was no problem with their voucher and that I should contact the local provider, who never answered my messages. The managers of the museum told me that they did not know this supplier and when they asked me about my refund they did not answer me again.
