Good opportunity to know how the cheese from N. is made. Great explication and nice cheeses! However, I would have liked to try more types of cured cheese and less cheese mixed with basil or other stuff. I think, its my opinion, that the sauces that came with the plate takes away value to the cheeses we tried. If the cheese is good you don't need sauces.
