No encontraba el punto de acceso, no me cogían el teléfono, llegamos 2 minutos tarde y ya no estaban , son unos impresentables , no es un tour personalizado es un timo , tubimos que ir en metro y con el bus , IMPRESENTABLES .

En los emails enviados pedimos a los clientes que se presenten 15 minutos antes en el lugar donde sale el autobús.
