La segunda parte de la experiencia está mucho mejor, la primera es hablada y SOLO EN INGLÉS no tienen traductores simultáneos, pero vale la pena. Los canales está muy bien, pero podrían iniciar la visita en el canal que hay frente la fábrica Heineken, tienes que desplazarte con metro a otro sitio. Translate this opinion into English.

La balade en bateau sur les canaux était très bien . Les explications pendant l’heure permettent dans savoir plus sur la ville . Néanmoins il faudrait préciser la compagnie qui fait le tour en bateau car juste l’adresse cela reste un peu vague . Pour la heineken experience c’était vraiment bien nous étions agréablement surpris par le tour organisé , l’expérience est top , le petit plus de la dégustation à la fin est fort sympathique .le billet combinée est un avantage sur le prix . Superó mis expectativas por mucho!! Todo el recorrido y la experiencia esta muy bien hecha con el toque de Heineken! La recomiendo muchísimo y valió cada centavo, te tienes que desplazar a otro lugar para el recorrido en bote, no tuvimos ningún problema con eso y además dura 1 hora así que estuvo muy bien. Las actividades en sí estuvieron muy bien, lo que podría haber para la próxima vez es que al ser un pack hubiese alguna recomendación en cuanto a horarios y desplazamiento, ya que habíamos cogido una actividad tras otra y realmente al menos necesitabas una hora en medio para poder llegar… habría estado genial.

Poca información durante el tour del barco, además se ven súper pocas cosas típicas de Amsterdam. Me parece súper feo que pidan una propina por el viaje, ya que estás pagando por el. La experiencia heineken estupenda, divertida, pero no imprescindible.

Heineken Experience estuvo bien, lo repetiría pero solo el Heineken Experience, el paseo en barco es bastante aburrido si no sabes suficiente inglés puesto que las explicaciones en castellano son bastante más breves que las del capitán... No lo recomiendo como una excursión imprescindible en Ámsterdam.

Recomendado Heineken Experience, si sos fan de la cerveza. El tour es en inglés, te explican todo el proceso de elaboración, desde cómo se hacía en tiempos atrás hasta la actualidad, te dan cerveza en el recorrido. Pasás a una zona interactiva muy divertida, donde podés cantar, tomarte fotos y jugar. Finalmente te llevan a la zona de Bar donde canjeás las coins que te dieron al inicio de la experiencia por más cerveza o refresco. Finalizás tu experiencia en la tienda con un souvenir.

La entrada para Heineken experience fue bastante caótica. A pesar de tener las entradas de antemano y llegar puntuales tuvimos que esperar media hora fuera, lloviendo y con frío, y con muchísima gente. La visita en sí es entretenida pero no tiene mayor interés, sentimos que no había merecido la pena la chupa. El paseo en barco muy bien, es agradable recorrer los canales y ver los puentes desde otra perspectiva. Ningún problema con la cola y está cubierto en caso de lluvia

La Heineken Experience fue genial! Sólamente comentar que la app necesaria para seguir la visitar tardaba en cargarse en los puntos en los que tenía que dar la información y es mucho más escueta que las explicaciones que dan los guías en inglés. En cuanto al paseo en barco: no nos aportó nada excepcional que no hubiéramos visto ya a pie.

Heineken experience was great but I did not like the boat trip much as I would prefer an open boat so that I can view the city entirely in an open atmosphere and not just from one side. I have had similar boat rides in other cities with an open boat and a guide with a mike. The audio was also hard to relate as most of the times I could not locate the house numbers or the buildings it mentioned. I am not sure if it was entirely in sync with the ride. I would not recommend this boat ride to people

La Heineken experience no está mal pero no es nada del otro mundo, falta que haya guía en español para poder enterarte bien de la historia... Te dicen que te bajes una App y que ahí te explican en tu idioma pero no es lo mismo además de no ir bien... Lo bueno es que entran dos cervezas y hay varios juegos de fotos y vídeos que te los envían gratis al correo. El paseo en barco muy aburrido, la gente se dormía...por lo menos había audioguia eso sí

Estuvieron bien los dos paseos, en Heineken hay que descargar la aplicación para poder hacer la visita en otro idioma que no sea inglés, y hay que ir leyendo, por lo que se pierde un poco la visita. El paseo en barco está bueno, pero es demasiado lento y aburre un poco.

En la Heineken el tour es solo en inglés.los españoles tienen que seguirlo por audioguia en tu móvil a través de una app con un mogollón de gente que te van marcando el paso, con lo cual no lo disfrutas tranquilamente. Por otro lado el paseo por los canales también con audiiguia, pero ese se disfruta más viendo el paisaje.

El Paseo en barco excelente! Un 10! Bien organizado de modo que cada asiento lleva su audioguía donde pudimos elegir el idioma. Un paseo tranquilo y relajante... Sobre la visita a la Heineken... fue entretenida, pero al ser sólo el holandés te pierdes la información. Deberían buscar alguna alternativa, como poner audioguías.
