Awful, I didn’t get to go to the Heineken museum due to your advertising. It was advertised as the same thing but it wasn’t and I was very confused and upset.

In the web description of this activity we specify that for both visits you have to choose a specific time, and we also indicate the directions to the meeting points for both the guided tour and the boat trip. We are sorry that you have not been able to see this information before.

The Heineken Experience was amazing. We loved it, the tour guides were amazing. The boat trip it could have been better. Maybe if the boat trip lasted longer or the boat wouldn't have roof to take better pictures and enjoy the view (better than we did) it could have been amazing.

Heineken experience was great but I did not like the boat trip much as I would prefer an open boat so that I can view the city entirely in an open atmosphere and not just from one side. I have had similar boat rides in other cities with an open boat and a guide with a mike. The audio was also hard to relate as most of the times I could not locate the house numbers or the buildings it mentioned. I am not sure if it was entirely in sync with the ride. I would not recommend this boat ride to people

La Heineken Experience, muy bien. Una experiencia muy chula y diferente. Lo más negativo es que aunque en la parte del paseo en barco por el canal te pone la dirección, no te pone el barco o la compañía con la que es, por lo que si vas muy justo de tiempo puede que no llegues a esta parte. Nosotros llegamos justos de tiempo por este motivo, pero después el paseo muy bien.
