desorganizado, esperando en el lugar indicado y de no ser por preguntar al chofer seguiríamos esperando,, el guía no había llegado todavía, el recibimiento no fue muy cálido o explicativo y luego que salió el micro. El guía parecería no tener mucho conocimiento de este viaje y al llegar nos vendieron los auriculares pero no los usamos porque la guía no usaba radio y tampoco el grupo de Roberto, su radio no anduvo. Isa, nuestra guía fue excelente 10/10

Es un tour muy completo, nos gustó la facilidad de llegar a brujas y disfrutar de los paisajes. No nos gustó mucho el tour que nos dieron en la ciudad de brujas, fue muy banal y bastante largo. Gita organizzata bene, purtroppo siamo arrivati a Bruges dopo le 12 e il tour guidato è durato 2ore, il tempo di due passi in libertà e siamo dovuti tornare al bus. Marta, la guida che ci ha accompagnato da Amsterdam è stata molto disponibile e cordiale. Il tour è stato diviso: uno in inglese con Marta e uno in spagnolo con una guida che ci ha raggiunto a Bruges. Purtroppo nel tour spagnolo non funzionava la radio e la guida correva molto per poter rispettare i tempi. Bene, si può migliorare!

La città e’ meravigliosa, incantevole con un fascino quasi fiabesco. Per quel che riguarda il tour allora il pulman pulito, comodo, ottimo l’autista, ci son stati però inconvenienti per quanto riguarda le attrezzature elettroniche, la radio con cuffie non funzionava, la guida ancora un poco inesperta, però gentile. We loved the historic architecture and rich stories behind the names of many of the structures and sites. We had dinner at . Brasserie Mozarthuys. The mussels in white wine sauce were heavenly. We visited a quaint chocolate shop where we found the perfect gift for my friend who collects anything made of lips; yes chocolate lips. It was a great experience, minus the rain.

La excursion es bonita y puede ser mejor. El viaje dura tres horas hay tiempo suficiente para dar algunas explicaciones sobre las audioguias, auriculares y demás dispositivos y la visita pueda empezar antes. Al llegar a brujas se perdió mucho tiempo con el reparto, como sintonizar, buscar cambio. El guia hablaba rápido y con bastante acento y generaba mucho ruido al mover el micro. No estaba atento a si faltaba alguien. Una nota impresa y mapa de lugares a visitar habria estado bien.

My Bruges excursion was absolutely fabulous. Though we had a day of rain, the city itself was still magical. The bus ride was pleasant and my saint of a bus driver Pedro turned back for me after I messed up the meet up time. Sorry Mar and Pedro! Honestly, take the trip. You get to experience a beautiful city in one day and you’re brought right back to Amsterdam without a problem.

Si no tienes plan, haz este tour. Es casi todo el día (tomando en cuenta los traslados). Con un día tienes para conocer Brugges. Para mi sorpresa el tour se hacia también en español. Pablo, el guía, es muy amigable y super amable. Creo que fue muy poco tiempo el que tuvimos como tiempo libre.

The Bruges day trip was good although there was only Spanish guide in the bus from Amsterdam but the English guide was available in Bruges. Expect approximately 7 hours journey travelling in the bus. Overall it was a pleasant experience to explore the town of Bruges.

Thank you for your positive comments. It is possible, if customers don't arrive at the suggested time previous departure time, they could be installed in a spanish-speaking bus. However, they will be able to join English group on destination.

While the tour group was primarily Spanish-speaking, our guide set up good expectations for the 3 people who signed up for the English-speaking tour, checked that we're okay at all times, offered informative details on the history of Bruges, and provided ideas of where to eat, visit, shop, etc.

Friendly and knowledgeable guides. Bus on time. Everything went according to schedule. We were planning to drive to Bruges on our own. It is very crowded with tourists and I am so glad we took this tour. It was also more reasonably priced than other tours offering the same thing.
