La actividad en sí está chula, te da una visión nocturna de Ámsterdam desde los canales, y más con las luces que se ponen para estos días. Lo malo es que, a pesar de llegar 15 minutos antes de la hora como se recomendaba en la reserva, nos tuvieron allí más de 45 minutos esperando en una cola y con un frío de muerte, quizá eso debería organizarse mejor.

The activity itself is cool, it gives you a night view of Amsterdam from the canals, and even more so with the lights that are put on for these days. The bad thing is that, despite arriving 15 minutes before the time as recommended in the reservation, they kept us there waiting in a queue for more than 45 minutes in the freezing cold, perhaps that should be better organized.

La actividad está muy bien, te permite dar un paseo nocturno por los canales y a demás ver el festival de luces. La audioguia es mitad español y mitad inglés. Si tuviera que poner un pero es que el techo de barco debería de ser entero de cristal para tener una mayor visión. Translate this opinion into English.

Nos sentaron en sentido opuesto a la marcha, frente a una “pared” del barco, todo el rato teníamos que retorcernos para ver algo, no había comentarios en español y el inglés del guía era francamente mejorable. Tampoco el tour era especialmente interesante, la verdad.

El paseo estuvo genial, duró 75 minutos y estuvo lleno de historia y detalles curiosos sobre la ciudad y sobre el significado de cada iluminación. Es una forma diferente de ver la ciudad y si vas en época navideña es algo que recomendaría no perderse. Por otro lado diré que el idioma no es barrera porque aunque el guía habla en neerlandés e inglés también dan unos auriculares que puedes enchufar a la pared del barco y poner el idioma que quieras, incluido español.

Se compro un crucero con guía en ingles pero la mayoría del tour fue dado por el conductor en neerlandés mas del 70%, solamente unas pocas acotaciones a las luces fueron dadas en ingles (grabación). Lo cual hace que se vuelva aburrido y excluyente. Pésima atención.

Me esperaba otra cosa la verdad, me esperaba que las luces no estuviesen unas tan alejadas de otras y alomejor una música acompañando hubiese hecho que las luces lucieran más, ya que un señor hablando a través de cascos de la historia de los barrios por los que pasábamos cuando vas a ver un festival, me pareció más una clase de historia por los canales de Amsterdam que un festival de luces

El tour fue agradable. La ciudad en general no está muy iluminada por la noche y eso ayuda a que se disfrute más del Ámsterdam Light Festival. Eso si, bajo mi humilde opinión, de no ser por este festival recomendaría hacer el tour por la mañana ya que como he comentado la ciudad no está especialmente bien iluminada por la noche. Con respecto a civitatis, no tuvimos ningún problema. Nos presentamos en el lugar que se nos indicó al hacer la reserva y con mostrar el papel nos dejaron acceder.

En el barco tienes una opción para conectar unos auriculares para la audioguía y elegir el idioma que deseas que se escuche, sin embargo cuando pones español no se escucha todo en español. Hay explicaciones en inglés y otras en español. Todas las explicaciones acerca de las obras de arte son en inglés y si no tienes cierto nivel no te enterarás de mucho.

On the boat you have the option to connect headphones for the audio guide and choose the language you want to hear, however when you select Spanish you don't hear everything in Spanish. There are explanations in English and others in Spanish. All the explanations about the works of art are in English and if you don't have a certain level you won't understand much.

No merece nada la pena, si volviera no repetiría en absoluto. Si compráis entradas hacedlo directamente en la taquilla de la empresa que organiza el paseo (17€) no lo hagáis por civitatis, sale más caro y el servicio que te dan es el mismo que el que paga los 17€. Colas de más de 1 hora en la calle…. El paseo sin más, además, de la lista de monumentos que sale que vais a ver no te enseñan ni la mitad. Me ha parecido un timo bastante grande, que sin duda no recomiendo.

It's not worth it at all, if I went back I wouldn't do it at all. If you buy tickets, do it directly at the ticket office of the company that organises the tour (17€) don't do it through civitatis, it's more expensive and the service they give you is the same as the one who pays the 17€. Queues of more than 1 hour in the street... The tour itself, and in addition, of the list of monuments that you are going to see, they don't even show you half of them. It seemed like a pretty big rip-off to me, which I definitely don't recommend.

regular porque pese a haber reservado por internet con mucha antelación hemos tenido que hacer cola durante 30 minutos. durante el trayecto la mitad de las explicaciones estaban eninglés y las otras en nuestro idioma.
