Amsterdam Canal Trip and Gourmet Dinner

Pass through the Amsterdam canals while enjoying a delicious gourmet dinner on board a boat with panoramic views: an experience which turns a journey into a perfect escape. 

Itinerary

The trip lasts 2 hours, during which we will pass by the most famous monuments of the city by night. We will see the merchant's houses, the old canal warehouses, the beautiful Magere Brug bridge, the old port, Anne Frank's house and much more.

Menu

The onboard dinner consists of 3 menus, each with 4 dishes prepared by the renowned chef Frans Kelders, Michelin star winner. You must choose your menu when reserving, which comes with a carefully chosen selection of wines, beers, soft drinks and water.

As a welcome

  • A glass of prosecco.
  • Homemade bread with aioli mayonnaise, olive oil, and sea salt.

 

Meat Menu

  • Chicken stew, pistachio stuffing and morel lentil salad with blueberry marmalade.
  • Creamy mushroom soup with fresh spices.
  • Stewed beef with potato puree, sundried tomatoes, rocket and a balsamic jam.

 

Fish Menu

  • Salmon with cauliflower gratin in sweet and sour sauce with brioche bread.
  • Creamy mushroom soup with fresh spices.
  • River crab stuffed sole and vegetable spaghetti in a caper sauce.

 

Vegetarian Menu

  • Lentil and mushroom salad with sweet and sour vegetables and truffle cream.
  • Creamy mushroom soup with fresh spices.
  • Grilled vegetable lasagna with tomato sauce.

 

Dessert

  • Chocolate, caramelised pineapple with a chocolate cream.
  • Tea and coffee.
  • A variety of sweet treats and desiccated fruits.

 

Children's Menu

  • Beef carpaccio
  • Tomato soup with breadsticks.
  • Sausage or hamburger, with fries and vegetables.
  • Ice cream in a cartoon bowl.
