No realizamos todo el recorrido que estaba planificado. Se suponía que en el tour íbamos a ver 4 lugares y marken no lo vimos. Llegamos dos horas antes de la hora prevista. Poca explicación de los lugares. Demasiado tiempo libre en Rotterdam sin ninguna explicación. Íbamos unas 40 personas y era muy difícil seguir al guía, ya que no esperaba a todo el grupo.

Se tendría que modificar los sitios a visitar,ya que hemos llegado a ver los molinos cuando era de noche y no hay nada de luz artificial.

Tour in inglese da prenotazione, era in spagnolo. Non abbiamo capito nulla. Arrivo a Zaanse Schans alle 18:00, era buio pesto e c'era una nebbia fitta, non si vedeva nulla....altro che mulini. Edoardo è riuscito a dirci qualche parola in inglese a Rotterdam, dopo è stato impossibile...siamo stati abbandonati a noi stessi. Esperienza pessima

Abbiamo confermato che a causa di un errore informatico nella gestione della vostra prenotazione siete stati inclusi nel tour spagnolo invece che in quello italiano. Ci scusiamo per l'inconveniente, che è del tutto eccezionale. Ci dispiace per l'inconveniente e per il fatto che il tour non sia andato come sperato. Abbiamo effettuato un rimborso equivalente all'incidente verificatosi.

La actividad estuvo bien, pero el itinerario dejó para el final Zaanse Schans para el final y en esta época ya es de noche cuando se va, siendo quizá uno de las zonas más bonitas, quizás podria ser el primer sitio del itinerario ya que la visita a la Volendan podrían hacerse incluso de noche. Nuestro guía fue Eduardo, muy atento y simpático y dispuesto a contestar cualquier pregunta, solo tengo buenas palabras para el.

Todo muy bien. Nuestro guía IVAN, un encanto. Sólo pondría un punto negativo y creo que no depende de los guías y es que en invierno a las 17.00 es de noche y fue imposible ver los molinos. Es una pena, pues creo que organizando la actividad de otra forma, se podría ver alguna cuidad o pueblo a esa hora ( puesto que hay iluminación) y la zona de los molinos verla de día... lugar de encuentro muy dificil de encontrar, visita a Roterdam bien, en Marken aconsejan un restaurante bastante regular donde a un comensal le sirven la comida y al otro tardan mas de 15 minutos en traerselo, en Volendam se deberia pasar mas tiempo pues tiene mas cosas que ver y a simple vista mejores restaurante, a Zaanse Schans te llevan de noche y casi no se ven los molinos que yo creo que es lo mas bonito de la excursion (FATAL). Muy poca AUTORIDAD guia tras un problema entre excursionistas

No pudimos ver los molinos de Zaanse Schans, porque llegamos muy tarde y no se veía nada ya había anochecido. Mal controlados los tiempos en los diferentes sitios. El guía Eduardo lo intento, pero resultó ser muy poco dinámico con el grupo.
