A Excursão iniciava as 9:30, chegamos às 9:25 e o grupo não estava mais. Nos informam para procurar a empresa "Lindenberg"no corredor "IJ" da estação central, quando o correto é o corredor "I" na loja "T & T" , ai você fica procurando sem encontrar.

Embora a excursão parta às 9h30, é muito importante chegar 30 minutos mais cedo para validar seu comprovante. Caso contrário, você perderá a excursão. Isto também é especificado no e-mail de confirmação e no voucher que você recebe ao fazer a reserva. Quando você chegou, o grupo já estava a bordo, pois todos estavam lá desde as 9h00. Por outro lado, o ponto de encontro é o escritório de Lindbergh (é o mesmo da T&T) na Estação Central de Amsterdã, corredor IJ, não há corredor I.

Se cumplieron los horarios y se hizo correcta. Pero muy mal el guía. En bruselas ni comentó nada de la plaza, hablaba casi todo con la gente en ingles y con poco español. Sin ganas de contar la historia o anécdotas. No recomiendo hacerla, no vale la pena gastar el dinero. Realice en este viaje por europa 12 freetour, y este claramente el peor.

Lastimosamente la experiencia no fue grata, hemos tomado otros tours de Civitatis en Ámsterdam y en este el guía no fue nada bueno, no explicó nada y fue bastante grosero con el grupo en general, básicamente el pago se realizó por el servicio de transporte porque no hubo explicación de guía turístico. El nombre de este guía era Pedro.
